Common questions about prices
Why are prices shown with and without VAT?
Individuals always see the total price including 25 per cent VAT. Businesses see the price excluding VAT, as they usually deduct the VAT. On the invoice and the receipt, VAT is always shown separately. Rättkoll API is shown including VAT, with the price excluding VAT and the VAT beside it.
Is there a commitment period?
Plus and Assist have no commitment period. Businesses can choose 6 or 12 months for a lower monthly price: 15 or 25 per cent lower. After the commitment period, the subscription continues at the ongoing price and can be cancelled at any time.
Do I have a right of withdrawal?
As an individual, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you buy online. If a service starts straight away, we explain what that means before you pay.
Can I pay per use?
Yes. Assist and Application support are paid per application, with no subscription. Plus and Business without a commitment period are paid one month at a time. The API has no fee per call today.
How do I pay?
With Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna or card. Swish is available for one-off purchases, such as Assist and Application support, but not for subscriptions. On iPhone we show Apple Pay first and on Android Google Pay, but you can always choose something else. Businesses can also pay by invoice.
How do I cancel?
Under Subscription in My pages. It takes two clicks and you get a confirmation straight away.
