Who we share information with
Only with suppliers that are needed for the service and that must follow our instructions: identification (BankID and Freja), payments (Klarna, Swish and card payments), email and operations. If a supplier processes data outside the EU/EEA, it is protected in line with GDPR, for example with the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You have the right to get a copy of your information, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to the processing, and to receive it in a machine-readable format. You can do most of this yourself in My pages. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY).

What the terms cover
The terms cover Plus, Assist, Business, Application support and API. The agreement is entered into with Accruvia AB and signed with BankID. The check is free and requires no agreement.
Prices and VAT
Prices for individuals are stated including VAT. Prices for businesses are stated excluding VAT, and the VAT is always shown separately on the invoice.
Commitment period
Plus and Assist have no commitment period. Business can be chosen as ongoing or with a 6 or 12-month commitment period at a lower monthly price. After the commitment period, the subscription continues at the ongoing price and can be cancelled at any time.
Ending early
Plus can be cancelled at any time and runs until the end of the period you have paid for. Periods already paid for are not refunded. If Business has a commitment period, you can choose to end it when the commitment period expires, at no extra cost, or to end it immediately. If you end it immediately, no future months are invoiced. You only pay back the discount for the months you have already used, that is, the difference from the ongoing price.
Right of withdrawal
As an individual you have a 14-day right of withdrawal (ångerrätt). If you ask us to start immediately and then withdraw, you pay for what has been performed.
Cancellation
You cancel under Subscription in My pages and get a confirmation straight away.
What Rättkoll does not do
Rättkoll does not make decisions and does not guarantee that an application is approved. Rättkoll never takes a share of any support.
Complaints
Email rattkoll@accruvia.se. Individuals can also turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN).
