A monthly premium if you previously received social assistance and are now working.

What affects the decision
- That you have salary income each month you apply for
- The premium can be paid for at most 18 months, from March 2026
What to do
- Read the rules and current amounts at Försäkringskassan.
- Get your payslip for the month you are applying for.
- Apply month by month in Försäkringskassan’s e-service or on form 7413, no later than three calendar months after the month concerned.
- You get a decision. If your situation changes, you usually need to report it.
Give correct information. From 1 July 2026, Försäkringskassan charges a sanction fee if you were overpaid because you gave incorrect information or did not report a change: 25 percent of the incorrect amount, at least 2,368 SEK.
